Description |

Column chromatography
- Quantitative determination of the amino acids cystine, ornithine,
lysine and arginine (“COLA”) in the urine.
- For the diagnosis of cystinuria in different breeds.
- Elevated in case of nephropathy, glomerulonephritis and renal
amyloidosis, among others
- Additionally, a Urinalysis Including Sediment and the determination of the pH
value are recommended.

|

Description |

- Quantitative determination of the amino acids threonine,
glutamine, proline, glycine, alanine and of the glucose
concentration in the urine.

- Additional examination of urinary sediment is recommended.
